Instead, an Bever App on an authorised smartphone or tablet makes it easy for fuel station managers to configure and manage the systems. For individual luminaries or for groups of luminaries, thus enabling you to make considerable savings in time.

The Bever App makes setting the LED luminaries from Bever Innovations quick and easy, resulting in even illumination and optimum visibility in all places. Thus creating a unique showpiece for customers refuelling their vehicles. Day, evening and night. Furthermore, the Bever App enables fuel station managers to view the status of their (lighting) products as well as energy consumption and any faults, to adjust the light intensity and dimming modes of the luminaries and to activate or deactivate daylight sensors and motion sensors 24/7.

Sensor sharing enables dynamic light control
The fact that all Smart luminaries are interconnected (wirelessly) means that they are also capable of using each other’s sensor information. For instance, when the integrated motion sensor in one particular luminary detects motion at the fuel station, the linked luminaries will immediately and automatically switch on and come up to a pre-set lighting level. Dynamically and ahead of the fuel station visitors, enabling them to navigate over the forecourt safely from arrival to departure as well as to refuel under an optimally lit canopy.


Immediate remedying of faults
In the unlikely event of a luminary failing, this can be seen in the Bever App straight away, thereby enabling prompt, appropriate action to be taken. However, previous notifications are also displayed. For example, the operating temperatures of all critical fixture components are monitored 24/7. If the temperatures rise above a critical limit, this is communicated in the Bever App straight away. Thus enabling predictive maintenance and more effectively guaranteeing visibility and safety at the fuel stations. This is highly appreciated not only by customers refuelling their vehicles but also by fuel station managers.

Easy-to-read floor plan
Users are given the option of uploading a floor plan of the fuel station to the Bever App, encompassing the precise locations of the Bever Innovations LED luminaries. Thus making it possible to intuitively select and manage individual luminaries or groups of luminaries. Moreover, in the event of a fault, the location of this fault will be immediately obvious. Rendering regular inspections of the entire fuel station a thing of the past. This will save a great deal of time at larger fuel stations in particular.

No extra hardware required
Installing the Bever App on any smartphone or tablet is straightforward. There is no need to purchase and/or install separate hardware products.

Safe connection
Bever Innovations has developed its own communication protocol in order to guarantee optimum communication between Bever LED luminaries. This not only establishes a direct connection between the LED luminaries and smartphone and/or tablet, but also enables the bridging of significant distances. Moreover, the fact that data from all the LED luminaries is encrypted as standard means optimum security is guaranteed. After all, unauthorised parties will not be able to read out the data amassed from the luminaries and will not be able to tamper with the settings either.

A username and password will need to be created to be able to use the Bever App. This is a one-off process. In addition, the first time that the App is used, the manager will need to physically switch off the luminaries and switch them back on again as an extra security measure. This will prove that the manager actually does have access to this functionality.
