Bever Innovations connects LEDs in all their facets. We take a look around with an open mind, to be alert to new developments, movements in the market, technological breakthroughs and unfulfilled customer needs. We focus on niche markets, such as the petrol retail market, specific industrial markets and the horticultural sector, where our intelligent, wireless and integrated technologies make a difference every day.
Based on a healthy curiosity and urge to develop, and with an extensive knowledge of LED technology, we continuously develop new, innovative products and services for our target groups. In doing so, we pay maximum attention to:

Sustainable products, smart packaging
At Bever Innovations we are well aware of our social position, and also the pressure we put on the environment. We are constantly looking for safer working methods, better waste management and opportunities for recycling. Our office location is all-electric and almost completely self-sufficient. Heat pumps and intelligent LED lighting contribute to efficient, sustainable and environmentally friendly operations. We design and produce efficient products with a long life span, which are also cleverly packaged. This reduces our impact on the environment to a minimum.
Happy and motivated employees
Our employees are the basis for our success. Attracting, binding and retaining these employees is therefore a very high priority. Bever Innovations still has many long-time employees, and with an average tenure of ten years, our customers can benefit from our extensive knowledge and expertise. A flat organisational culture, good working conditions and a very active staff association ensure that employees feel connected to each other, our company and our customers.
Social responsibility
We want to be a good partner for our customers, suppliers and employees, and aim for sustainable, long-term relationships. We set our goals higher and higher by radically improving our performance. This results not only in groundbreaking innovations but also in an (even) better competitive position and (even) more added value, without compromising our social values and commitment. Most of our production and assembly takes place locally in three sheltered workshops in Zeeland, where more than 200 people with a distance to the labour market are given the opportunity to make complete products. By producing close to home, we retain maximum control over our production. Moreover, we can guarantee short delivery times.
